Here To Help
Gambling can affect anyone. It might start small and grow over time or appear suddenly during moments of stress or change. However it begins, gambling can impact your mental health, finances, relationships, and sense of self.
At Aquarius, we support anyone over the age of 18 who is affected by gambling—whether it’s your own behaviour or that of someone close to you. Our services are free, confidential and available across the West Midlands, West Mercia, Staffordshire, Herefordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Stoke.
We know that asking for support isn’t always easy. You might feel unsure about what’s ‘normal’ or feel embarrassed to talk. There’s no judgement here. We’re here to listen, help you make sense of things, and work with you to take the next step forward.
What gambling issues can look like
Gambling harm doesn’t always look the same. For some, it means spending more money or time than planned. For others, it might be secretive behaviour, mounting debt, or chasing losses. It can affect your work, sleep, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
If gambling is affecting your life in ways that don’t feel good, or if you’re worried about someone else, you’re not alone, and support is available.

Our approach
We believe change is possible when people feel heard, supported, and empowered. Our approach is person-centered, flexible, and grounded in trying to meet your needs. You decide what you want to work on, and we’ll help you get there.
We’re proud to be part of the National Gambling Support Network and work closely with partners like Betknowmore and EPIC Restart to provide wraparound care.
