Here To Help

We are part of One Recovery Buckinghamshire (ORB) – a partnership between Inclusion (MPFT NHS Trust), Aquarius, and Build on Belief. Together, we offer free, confidential support for adults across Buckinghamshire who want to make positive changes and get help with drug or alcohol use.

Services are delivered from two main hubs in Aylesbury and High Wycombe, as well as several satellite locations across the county.

Aquarius helped my family

"Aquarius helped my family understand what I was going through mentally and physically. If you need help, you should always consider it as an option, as it really helps you to understand what you are actually doing to yourself and also helps your family understand."

Helped me see the correct path

"Aquarius has helped me see the correct path to the end goal of quitting. I would recommend the services as the system is far from conservative, the advice is tailored exactly to how you'd personally quit. They build onwards from this."

Very good clear presentation.

"There was a good variety of attendees from different backgrounds. The information on dependency & how brain is affected in teenage years was especially good. Very good clear presentation."

Our approach

Everyone’s journey is different. That’s why we focus on understanding each person’s goals, motivations, and challenges, and tailoring support to meet their needs.

Our team brings together expert practitioners, medical staff, and peer mentors, all working collaboratively to help people move forward, build confidence, and reduce harm in a way that works for them.
