We know life isn’t always easy. Whether you’re affected by drugs, alcohol, gambling, or you’re just looking for a safe place to talk things through, we’re here to listen and support you in a way that works for you.
Our services are free and confidential, and they’re shaped around what you need. That might mean one-to-one support, practical advice, activities to help you build confidence, or connecting with others going through similar things. However your story starts, we’ll meet you there.

The Light Beyond the Shadows by Aquarius is a powerful collection of voices from young people they have supported, alongside heartfelt contributions from staff and family members
